异位妊娠危险因素的Logistic回归分析研究
A logistic regression analysis of risk factors of ectopic pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To identify possible risk factors of ectopic pregnancy.Method The clinical data of early pregnancy,including 176 cases of ectopic pregnancy and 1784 cases of normal pregnancy was retrospectively analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis from January 2009 to December 2010.Result The multivariate analysis showed that the risk factors of ectopic pregnancy were abortion,pelvic infectious history,ectopic pregnancy history,multiple sexual partner and low BMI.Conclusions We should strengthen health care education to child-bearing age women,reduce pelvic infection and abortion,avoid multiple sexual partner and weight,which may reduce the ectopic pregnancy rate.关键词
