舒适护理在门奇静脉断流术后患者中的应用
Application of comfortable nursing in patients after portal-azygous disconnection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application and evaluate the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in patients after portal-azygous disconnection.Methods 42 patients undergoing portal-azygous disconnection were randomly divided into the experiment group (n=21) and the control group (n=21) at equal number.In the control group,we used the traditional nursing.While the experiment group received the comfortable nursing.The effect was compared between the two groups by the degree conditions of comfort and patients' degree of satisfaction.Results The difference was also statistically significant between two groups (P＜ 0.01).The degree of comfort and patients' degree of satisfaction were much higher in experiment group than those in control.Conclusion Comfortable nursing is very effective in enhancing degree of comfort and patients' degree of satisfaction,and can promote patients' recovery,and increase the quality of care.It is worth recommending clinically.关键词
