Abstract
Objective To study the effects of high quality nursing service on improving anxiety and depression emotions of patients in digestion department of internal medicine.Methods From May 2011 to February 2012 in our digestion department of internal medicine,136 patients with were divided into the routine nursing group and nursing intervention group,the routine nursing group only received routine nursing,the nursing intervention group patients in the usual care group was given based on high quality of nursing service,Comparison of conventional nursing care and intervention group differences in depression and anxiety of patients with.Resul After 2weeks of observation,Routine nursing care and intervention group standard score of anxiety were (51.01 ± 5.96) and (47.93 ± 6.03),Routine nursing care and intervention group in patients with anxiety standard difference was statistically significant (t =4.249,P＜0.05); The nursing intervention group and routine nursing group depression criteria were (52.40 ± 4.70)and (50.01 ± 5.84),In 2 groups of patients with depressive mood standard difference was statistically significant (t=3.719,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Based on the digestion of inpatients in Department of internal medicine for quality care activities significantly improved in patients with anxiety and depression,To improve the prognosis of the patients.关键词
