摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the forging hammer vibration, two freedom degree models of forging hammer vibration isolation foundation are established by vibration theory, for the forging hammer vibration isolation foundation with concrete weight block. Vibration isolation foundation response to impact vibration is calculated by linear acceleration. Mass, stiffness and damping are optimized analytically. Impact stress distribution status of concrete weight block is also analysed by the finite element method. The optimized dynamic parameters are; mass ratio is 60 - 110; vibration isolation frequency is 2. 5 - 4. 0 Hz; damping ratio is 0. 2 - 0. 3.
