氟化钙对钠钙玻璃反应析晶制备玻璃陶瓷性能的影响
Effect of CaF2 on Properties of Glass-Ceramics Prepared by Reactive Crystallization of Soda-Lime Glass
摘要
Abstract
The reactive crystallizing behaviors in soda-lime glass powder with different additions of calcium fluoride in sintering process were investigated by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectoscopy and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The results show that wollastonite glass-ceramics can be formed via reactive crystallization at 850 ℃ when the gehlenite is used as a crystallization promoting agent without adding calcium fluoride. Cuspidine glass-ceramics can be formed via reactive crystallization at 850 ℃ when the crystallization promoting agent content lower 15% (in mass, the same below) at calcium fluoride of 6%. Also, the porosity of glass-ceramics increased and the bulk density and flexural strength decreased with increasing CaF2 content. The flexural strength of the cuspidine glass-ceramics at the CaF2 amount of 6% reached 68 MPa.关键词
