离子热法制备镍掺杂LiFePO4正极材料及其性能
Ionothermal Systhesis and Properties of Ni-Doped LiFePO4 Cathode Materials

Abstract
The LiFePO4 and LiFeo.95Nio.osPO4 materials were firstly synthesized by an ionothermal synthesis method in bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium lactic ionic liquids at 180 ~C, and then the LiFeo.95Nio.05PO4/C composite material was prepared using sucrose as a carbon source via carbon-coating at 650 ~C. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, respectively. The results show that the LiFePO4, LiFeo.95Nio.05PO4 and LiFeo.95Nio.osPO4/C have an olivine-type crystal structure, a small amount of Ni ion doping can change the particle size and morphol- ogy of the materials, and the bar-shaped material with the short axis dimensions of 300 nm becomes the spindle-shaped composites of 200 nm. The analysis by the galvanostatic charge-discharge tests indicated that the prepared LiFePO4, LiFeo.95Nio.05PO4 and LiFeo.95Ni0.05PO4/C materials had an initial discharge specific capacity of 135.2, 140.1 and 165.4mA.h/g at 0.1 C at room temperature, respectively. Furthermore, the discharge capacity of LiFeo.95Nio.osPO4/C did not fade down after 30-time recycle at different rates.关键词
