摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the simulation model of stream cipher encryption and decryption system based on SOA-MZI all-optical XOR logic gates is built by using OptiSystem software, a simulation of all-optical encryption and decryption operation of RZ format data signal is done at 10Gbit/s, and the signal optical power injected encryption and decryption system and the SOA injection current are two key factors that affect operation performance of the system. The simulation results show that the original plaintext signal after encryption and decryption processing still maintains better quality, and the performance of the entire system is better, and the operation efficiency is higher.
