铅、镉对红麻种子萌发生长的影响
Effects of lead and cadmium on seed germination and growth of kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.)

Abstract
[Objective]The present experiment aimed to explore the toxic effects of Pb and Cd stress on kenaf seed in order to provide theoretical references for the application of kenaf hybrid F1 and select Pb and Cd resistant plants. [Method]Seed germination indicators of kenaf cytoplasmic male-sterile (CMS) line P3A, restorer line 992, and their hybrid F1 were determined after being treated by a combination of Pb (0-1000 mg/kg)and Cd(0-30 mg/kg). [Result]With the increase of a single or combined Pb and Cd concentration, the germination energy, germination rate, germination index , vigor index, and simplified vigor index of the three kenaf varieties decreased. Germination energy of P3A and 992 rallied at Cd 30 mg/kg. Out of the three varieties, F1 exhibited the best germination, while P3A showed the worst. [Conclusion] In conclusion, concentration of Pb≤400 mg/kg and Cd≤20 mg/kg can be used to distinct lead and cadmium tolerance of the three kenaf varieties.关键词
