黄颡鱼腹水病病原菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验
Isolation and identification of ascites disease pathogen from Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Richardson and its drug sensitivity test

Abstract
[Objective]Pathogen isolation, identification, and drug sensitivity test were performed on Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Richardson that were suffering from ascites disease in an aquatic farm in Guilin in order to provide references to effectively prevent and control ascites disease. [Method]Pathogens, separated from the heart, liver, and nidus of dying Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Richardson infected by ascites disease with the use of routine separation methods, were identified through artificial infection test, oxidase test, and API 20NE biochemical identification system, then drug sensitivity test was conducted using K-B paper diffusion method. [Result]Three superior strains (090421A, 090421B & 090421C), isolated from the heart, liver, and ascites of Pelteohagrus fulvidraco Richardson infected with ascites disease, exhibited strong pathogenicity to four types of alepidote viz. Ictalurus punctatus, Pangasius Sutchi, Silurus meridionalis Chen, and Clarias lazera. Through API biochemical identification, it was found that the three strains were Aeromonas hydrophila. The results from drug sensitivity test showed that pathogen of ascites disease was highly sensitive to 17 medicines, such as ce-fotaxime sodium, rocephin, cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium, sarafloxacin hydrochloride, florfenicol, sulfa-monomethoxine, and xilixin, but not sensitive to 12 medicines, including penicillin, piperacillin, ampicillin, oxaeillin, cephradine v, cephradine VI, sinomin compositea, cefalotin sodium, cefalexin, amoxicillin, azlocillin, and cefaclor. [Conclusion]Ascites disease, caused by Aeromonas hydrophila, in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Richardson, fished from an aquatic farm in Guilin, could be treated by seven medicaments viz., cefotaxime sodium, rocephin, cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium, sarafloxacin hydrochloride, florfenicol, sulfamonomethoxine, and xilixin.关键词
