大戟科主要木本油料植物组织培养快繁技术研究进展
Research progress in tissue culture and rapid propagation techniques for main Euphorbiaceae woody oil plants
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarized the explant types, basic culture medium, phytohormone, and some other major factors affecting the tissue culture of Euphorbiaceae woody oil plants during various stages, such as the initial culture stage, subculture stage, and rooting culture stage, discussed the existing problems and future developmental directions of Euphorbiaceae woody oil plants' tissue culture, and put forward some key problems that needed to be dealt with immediately. The problems include solving the explants pollutions to improve the explants success rate, fundamentally resolving the browning and vitrification issues, and improving the plantlets' rooting rate. In addition, the breeding of Euphorbiaceae woody oil plants in factories needs to be enhanced.关键词
