摘要

Abstract

This research determined the effects of Conyza canadensis polyphenol extraction process on the scavenging of hydroxyl radical (-OH) in order to improve the development of Conyza canadensis medical resources. [ Method ]The Conyza canadensis polyphenol extracted through the ethanol extraction method was tested under the single factor test and the orthogonal test to optimize the following extraction process parameters: ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time duration, and solid-to-solution ratio. These parameters were then analyzed to explore the effects of Conyza canadensis polyphenol extraction on -OH removal. [Result]The effect order of the Conyza canadensis polyphenol extraction factors were arranged as follows: ethanol concentration>solid-to-solution ratio>extraction time dura-tion>extraction temperature. The optimum extraction process parameters were 50% ethanol concentration, 70℃ extraction temperature, 60 min extraction duration, and 1:20 solid-to-solution ratio. When the Conyza canadensis polyphenol concentration reached 0.3 mg/mL, the -OH removal rate could increase up to 35%. [Conclusion]Under the optimum extracting conditions, the Conyza canadensis polyphenol extraction rate could reach 12.751 mg/g; also, under this extraction rate, the removal effects of Conyza canadensis polyphenol on -OH was excellent.
