心理健康状况对驾驶员交通违法影响的病例对照研究
A CASE-CONTROL STUDY ON THE MOTOR VEHICLES DRIVERS' TRAFFIC VIOLATION FOR MENTAL HEALTH

Abstract
The objective of the study was to explore the relationship between mental health and traffic violation of motor vehicles. Methods: A case-control study was conducted. SCL-90 was tested, to collect mental health evaluation of motor vehicles drivers. Data of traffic violations were obtained from Nanning Municipal Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment. Single and multi-factor analyzes were conducted using software SPSS13. 0. Results: Data analyzes indicated that there was statistically significant difference in total score, somatic symptoms, forced symptoms, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostile, terrorist, paranoid and psychiatric. Through non-condition Logistic multi-factors regression analysis, it was found that, compared with normal situation, the OR(95. 0% CI) values of somatic symptoms, forced symptoms, depression, psychiatric were 2. 894 (1. 127~ 7. 434), 2. 557 (1. 389~ 4. 708) , 3. 45 (1. 277 ~ 9. 318) and 3. 159 (1. 229 ~ 8. 120) , respectively. They were all risk factors for the traffic violation. Conclusion: The occurrence of traffic violation of motor vehicles is related to mental health.关键词
