电涌保护器残压测量中的影响因素分析
Analysis on the Factors Influencing Residual Voltage Measurement of Surge Protection Device
摘要
Abstract
In the residual voltage tests of surge protection device (SPD) under 8/20 jjls impulse current according to GB 18802.1-2002, the test results are often affected by the layout of the experiments. In this paper, the influences of the factors, such as the connection mode between high voltage probe and EUT(SPD) ,both leads of SPD, and the residual voltage signal transmission cable, on the residual voltage measurement results are analyzed through test and theoretical analysis. Consequently, the influencing factors and their influences are determined, and a method for accurately measuring residual voltage of SPD is put forward.关键词
