Analysis of the Reasons of Flood and Drought Disasters in the Anti-Japanese Base Areas
摘要
Abstract
By sorting out the historical data, we found that the flood and drought disaster hit hard the agricultural production, the life of the peasants and the rural society in the Anti-Japanese base. We conducted a comprehensive analysis of flood and drought disas ters by combined with the political, economic and social environment. Based on the analysis of the severity and the causes of the floods and droughts, CPC and the political power timely drew up the comprehensive policies to deal with flood and drought disasters by build- ing the irrigation and the development of agricultural production. Implementation of these policies would be of great significance for overcoming severe natural disasters, consolidation and development of the Base Areas.关键词
