The Dynamic Factors of Local Government Cooperation in the Construction of Central Plains Economic Zone
摘要
Abstract
The cooperation of local government is the key power which propels the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone. Regional benefits, public policy and the governance of public problems are principal dynamic factors in driving the active cooperation a- mong local governments. Regional benefits stimulate and urge the aspiration of cooperation among local governments ; the public policy will encourage cooperation behaviors and guide the direction of cooperation among local governments; central plains culture will en- hance the sense of identity among local governments; the governance of regional public problems will expand the collaborative fields of local governments. All the dynamic factors come into being and interact with each other, which will play an essential role in the smooth construction and sound development of Central Plains Economic Zone.关键词
