Abstract
The widespread use of any technology will give human a great change, so does the internet. The internet is just like the "Pandora Box" which leads human beings rapidly into a new era-" The Era of Interuet". The rapid development of interuet highlights its advantages. Its convenience and information sharing benefit people's work, study, shopping, medical treatment, entertainment, etc. At the same time, with the development of internet. Network problem is also inereasingly exposed. Network provides cyber crime, a hotbed where pornography and violence poisoning young people as "Electronic Heroin" ; commercial secrets so that businesses suf- fered heavy losses; network virus make people nervous; the hacker makes people feel terrible. To deal with these deviant behaviors of internet, we must educate netizens by moral to make them control themselves. Because "self-discipline" is the best means for internet control, as well as the strengthened network management we call it "heteronomy". Only make "self-discipline" and "heteronomy" to- gether can we build the network management to a harmonious and healthy direction.关键词
