Abstract
The creation of public music class in college is a national education policy and training qualified personnel for the con cept of the objective requirements, aesthetic work of Students' Moral content. Value through the creation of a public music class on the college and the status quo, to stimulate students' interest in the construction of diverse public music programs, mobilize students' in trinsic motivation and needs of the principle of strengthening the teaching staff based in order to improve ordinary college music teaching evaluation system for the protection of ordinary college music class vision.关键词
