摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of Tanreqing injection inlthe treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases combined with respiratory failure. Methods;32 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group mith 16 cases in each group. The control group were given regular comprehensive treatment and the treatment group were given additional Tanreqing injection 30 mL based on the control group,once a day,10 d as one period of treatment. Results;The effective rate was 93. 4% in treatment group and 68. 8% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0. 05 ). The PaO2 ,PaCO2 and pH value of treatment group was statistically significant compared with control group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Tanreqing injection in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases combined with respiratory failure has positive clinical curative effect and can prevent disease progression effectively.关键词
