Abstract
Objective:To discuss clinical curative effects on dynamic drawing technique releasing quadriceps femoris in treating knee os-teoarthritis. 120 cases with knee osteoarthritis were radomly divided into the treatment group ,the control group A and the control group B and each group was 40 cases. The. treatment group was given dynamic drawing technique. The control group A was treated by oral administration of celecoxib combined with articular cavity perfusion sodium hyaluronate injection, and the control group B was given TCM massage treatment. Curative effects of the three groups and arthritis index score after teratment were observed after continuingly 1 month of therapy. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group compaed with the control group A and B showed that the differences had statistically significant in 28 days after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P <0. 05). Comparision arthritis index integrals among the three groups displayed that the difference was statistically significant in 28 days after treatment(P <0. 05 ). Conclusion; Dynamic drawing technique releasing quadriceps femoris has notably curative effect in treating knee osteoarthritis.关键词
