中西医结合治疗肩关节周围炎临床研究
Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment with Periarthritis of Shoulder
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating shoulder periarthritis. Methods :47 cases with shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group 24 cases and control group 23 cases. Both the two groups were given acupoint block injection and western medicine of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets. The treatment group was given oral administration of Jianbi tongxiao soup after one week treatment, 1 agent once a day, and combined with manipulative therapy,one week as a course of treatment. Results;The effective power was 100% in treatment group and 91. 3% in control group. The difference was statistical significant. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for periarthritis of shoulder can markedly improve the clinical effect.关键词
