耳穴贴压治疗心血管神经症临床研究
Auricular Application Pressure Therapy of Cardiovascular Neurosis Clinical Research
摘要
Abstract
Objective: Clinical research on efficacy of treating cardiovascular neurosis by auricular acupuncture, body acupuncture and medical treatment. Methods;90 cases cardiovascular neurosis patients were randomly divided into routine group,auricular acupuncture group and body acupuncture group, with 30 cases in each group. The routine group was given Chinese and western medicine as well as psychological intervention. The body acupuncture group received body acupuncture together with medicine as the same as the routine group. The auricular acupuncture group was treated with ear pressure pills and medicine. Results: (1) The body acupuncture group showed a significantly higher effectual and total effective rate than the routine group(P <0. 05) ;(2)The effectual rate and total effective rate of the auricular acupuncture group were significantly higher than the routine group( P <0. 01) ;(3)Effectual rate of the auricular acupuncture was significantly higher than the body acupuncture group (P < 0. 05) ; but there was no obviously difference of total effective between the auricular acupuncture and body acupuncture group (P >0. 05). Conclusion: Auricular acupuncture group has obvious advantage in treating cardiovascular.关键词
