Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of Liujunzi Soup combined with Maziren Pill for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) complicated with spleen and stomach diseases. Methods;Two cases in clinic were analyzed in order to show the experience of application. Results · Liujunzi Soup was derived from the Yixue Zhengzhuan, which had the function of strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach, regulating the flow of qi and eliminating phlegm,and was indicated for deficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi complicated with phlegm dampness syndrome. Maziren Pill was derived from Shanhanlun which had the function of lubricate the intestines and purging heat, promoting the flow of qi to relax the bowels and was indicated for Piyue syndrome. The combination of Liujunzi Soup and Maziren Pill together had the action of strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach, regulating the flow of qi and eliminating phlegm, promoting the flow of qi to eliminate the accumulation , moistening dry ness and relaxing the bowels, The combination of Liujunzi Soup and Maziren Pill was indicated for the pathogenesis of deficiency of lung qi, dampness and phlegm retention in the lung and excessive fu-organ syndrome and distention of the abdomen and lianteric diarrhea, which provides a theoretical basis for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) complicated with spleen and stomach diseases. Conclusion: Liujunzi Soup combined with Maziren Pill has significant curative effect in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) complicated with spleen and stomach diseases.关键词
