Abstract
Objective:To explore general treatment rules on emotional disease in Jinkui Yaolue(Synopsis of Golden Chamber), Methods: Relevant records about Jinkui Yaolue were referred. Results; There were many terms about emotional abnormality in Jinkui Yaolue, Some of them were abnormal emotion symptoms in the process of miscellaneous disease. But some of them were emotional disease showed as e-motional abnormality which caused by different kinds of pathogenesis,for example, baihe disease,consumptive and virtual tired so as to insomnia, up-rushing gas syndrome, globus hysteriocus, zang zao, and so on- Jinkui Yaolue put forward definitely that emotional disease should be aimed at pathogeny, and syndrome differentiation and treatment- And it also proposed that the method of therapeutic was nourishing yin, clearing heat, and soothe nerues; balance rushing and descending adverse-rising; relieving gloomy, descending adverse-rising and reduce phlegm;nourishing heart,soothe nerves and strengthen spleen and stomach. Conclusion;Treatment rules on emotional disease in Jinkui Yaolue have certain guiding significance to modern clinical application.关键词
