加味消渴康对糖尿病肾病大鼠丝裂原活化蛋白激酶P38及转化生长因子-β1表达的影响
Influence of Jiawei Xiaokekang on Expressions of P38MAPK and TGF-β1 in Diabetic Nephropathy Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of Jiawei Xiaokekang on expressions of P38MAPK ( mitogen-activated protein kinase P38) and TGF-pl (transforming growth factor pi) in the renal tissues of diabetic nephropathy (DN) rats. Methods;The unilateral ne-phrectomy plus streptozotocin induced DN models were divided into normal group, model group, Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. Chinese medicine group was given intragastric administration of Jiawei Xiaokekang Kang. Western medicine group was given losartan for oral administration. The normal group and model group were orally fed with distilled water daily with duration of 12 weeks' gavage. Rats in each group were sacrificed at the 12th week to remove the kidneys. Renal histopathological changes and expressions of P38MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase P38) and of TGF- (31 (transforming growth factor (31 ) were observed. Results: Jiawei Xiaokekang could better improve the pathological injuries of kidney tissues of DN rats, and reduce the expression of kidney tissue, P38MAPK and TGF-pL Conclusion: Jiawei Xiaokekang has a certain therapeutic effect on the DN rats.关键词
