阿尔茨海默病大鼠模型复制的实验研究
Replication of the Rat Modles of Alzheimer's Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the replication method of rat modles of Alzheimer's disease. Methods;The rat models of Alzheimer's disease were produced by slowly injecting Aβ1-42 and Ibo mixture one-time in bilateral hippocampus of rats based on the acute aging caused by D-Gal injection in rat peritoneal cavity. Results; A large number of senile plaques (SP) deposition and neurofibrillaiy tangles (NFT) formation between hippocampal nerve cells could be observed under light microrscope in model group- The rat behavioral test results suggested that compared with normal group, the average escape latency of model group was significantly prolonged. Conclusion; The intraperitoneal injection of D-Gal results in acute aging and then the one-time slow injection of Aβ1-42 and Ibo mixture in bilateral hippocampal can result in the formation of SP and NFT in nerve tissues and the decline of rat learning ability and memory, thus being a more ideal replication method of AD animal models.关键词
