葛根素口腔崩解片的制备工艺研究
Preparation Technology Research on Puerarin Orally Disintegrating Tablets
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the best prescription and preparation technology of puerarin orally disintegrating tablets. Methods;Single factor test and L9(34) orthogonal test method were used to select suitable adhesives, disintegrating agent and flavoring agent according to the index of disintegration time, so as to optimize the prescription and preparation technology. Result; Puerarin orally disintegrating tablets prepared could completely disintegrate in 35 s and basically release in 20 min with fine taste. Conclusion: Puerarin orally disintegrating tablets have achieved the design requirements,disintegrate rapidly,have good taste,can be taken conveniently and prepared simply.关键词
