麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛伴高脂血症临床研究
Clinical Research of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in Treating Angina Pectoris with Hyperlipoidemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the clinical curative effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in treating angina pectoris with hyperlipoidemia. Methods; 109 cases of patients of angina pectoris with hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (50 cases) was treated by routine western medicine of Lsosorbide Dinitrate tablet,Betaloc tablet and Aspirin;the observation group (59 cases) was given Shexiang Baoxin Pill based on the control group, two pellets once, three times per day- Variation situation of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram and blood fat were observed after treatment of four weeks. Results;The effective rate of the observation group was 94. 9% ,the control group was 82/0% ,there was significant difference between two groups (P <0, 05) ;the observation group was superior to the control group in reducing the occurring frequency of angina pectoris and shortening occurring duration(P<0.05) ;curative effect of electrocardiogram:effective rate of the observation was 88. 1% ,the control group was 76- 0% ,there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Shexiang Baoxin Pill has remarkable curative effect in treating angina pectoris with hyperlipoidemia , has good clinical tolerance and high safety, is suitable for patients of angina pectoris with hyperlipoidemia long-term taking.关键词
