补阳还五汤加减合血塞通注射液治疗脑梗塞后遗症临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effects of addition and subtraction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xuesetong injection in treating sequelae of cerebral infarction. Methods:79 cases of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group (39 cases) and the treatment group (40 cases) ,the control group was treated by Xuesetong injection,and the treatment group was added to take addition and subtraction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction ( composition; Astragalus membranaceus 60 g, Angelica sinensis trail 15 g,Paeonia lactiflora Pall 15 g,ligusticum chuanxiong Hort 15 g,Pheretima aspergillum 10 g,Amygdalus persica 15 ,Carthamus tinctorius 15 g,GLycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch 10 g) on the basis of treatment of the control group. Results:The effective rate of the control group was 66.7% , the treatment group was 90,0%. Comparing the whole effective rate of two groups, there was significant statistical difference (P<0. 05). No obvious untoward effect appeared in therapeutic process. Conclusion: Addition and subtraction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xuesetong injection had remarkable curative effects in treating sequelae of cerebral infarction.关键词
