前列宝颗粒治疗良性前列腺增生症临床研究
Clinical Study on Qianliebao Granule in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of QianLieBao granule in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods :94 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 48 patients and the control group of 46 patients. The treatment group was given QianLieBao granule while the control group was given QianlieTongYu capsule. The clinical efficacy in both groups were observed and compared. Results:The effective rate was 89.5% in the treatment group and the effective rate was 78. 2 % in the control group. International Prostate score (IPSS) and residual urine etc. all changed significantly after treatment. Conclusion: QianLieBao granule has definite clinical efficacy in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia.关键词
