Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of eye-acupuncture on apoplexy hemiplegia. Methods:60 cases of hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into two groups with each of 30 cases- The treatment group was given eye-acupuncture therapy: selecting acu-point in the upper energizer and lower energizer area of hemiparalysis part,gently scraping the needle holder and acupuncturing the area around orbit with remaining the needle outside for thirty minutes after having acu-esthesia; the control group selected acu-points of Jianyu, Quchi, Shousanli, Waiguan, Baxie at Upper limbs; acu-points of Xuehai, Yanglingquan, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Taixi, Taichong, Bafeng at lower limbs;points of Yangbai,Xiaguan,Jiache,Dicang were selected for facial paralysis patients,they were performed common acupuncture by mild reinforcing and attenuating method,and remaining the needle inside for thirty minutes. Both groups were treated two courses,with one course of treatment of 15 times. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 97% ,the control group was 87% , their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion; Eye-acupuncture treatment has notable clinical curative effects in treating apoplexy hemiplegia.关键词
