Abstract
In this article, it analyzed working condition of power source application in two steps welding production line in North China Petroleum Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd., introduced working principle of Lincoln AC 1200 welding source in large diameter welded pipe production line,as well as analyzed and calculated plenty of electric energy loss existed in its controlling. It put forward two kinds of power saving method and matters needing attention.The productive practice proved that this technology is simple and effective, and it can increase service life time of welding source and achieved obvious economic benefits.关键词
