New Process Development of Steel Pipe Protector
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at limitation of current production process of steel pipe protector existed in efficiency, quality, product range and etc., a new kind of production process was developed. The main charateristic of this process is adopting roll bending to replace numerical control pressure bend during L benging forming. Continuous rolling processing can easily conduct integration design for uncoiling, flattening and straightening, rolling edge, sizing and blanking, and carry out automatic line prodution design for new process according to certain speed. The production practice showed that the new process effectively increased rate of finished product and production efficiency of protector ring, meanwhile expanding product scope which can be produced.关键词
