摘要

Abstract

In this article, it discussed the main factors caused HIC in oil and gas transportation pipeline steel, analyzed the fluence of chemical composition, non-metallic inclusions, microstructure in material factors on the resistance to HIC of pipeline steel. It also introduced the proportion and performance of CHG-SHA wire alloying element, which is high toughness, HIC and SSC resistant. The HIC, SSC simulation experiments and practical application in engineering for Sinopec and PetroChina , showed that the deposited metal of this wire is with ultra-low S, high plasticity and toughness, insensitive cracking, which can fully meet special requirements of oil and gas industry at home and aboard.
