栽培密度对高淀粉玉米籽粒内源激素含量的影响
Effects of Cultivation Density on Changes of Endogenous Hormones Contents of Kernel in High Starch Maize
摘要
Abstract
High starch maize hybrid Sidanl9 was used to investigate the effect of culture density (45 000, 60 000,75 000, 90 000 plants·hm^-2) on changes of endogenous hormones (ABA,IAA,ZR,GA) contents of kernel by ELISA at grain filling stage. The results showed that correlation of grain four endogenous hormones changed with the increasing of culture density which caused endogenous hormones contents of kernel in a mess and destroyed original equilibrium relations. IAA contents changed from double-peaked curves to single-peaked curves,which reached peak at 10-14 days in advance; ABA contents reached peaks when culture density higher than 75 000 strains·hm^-2; GA contents increased simultaneously above 90 000 strains·hm^-2; ZR contents reached the highest under 45 000 strains·hm^-2. With the increasing of culture density,changes of endogenous hormones peak displacement and contents affected the yield and quality of kernel by direct influence on growth,development and assimilates accumulation.关键词
