摘要

Abstract

It was aimed at rice in our province paddy rice production process in the fertilization links had been used for artificial hand and superficial fertilization.The quantity fertilizer was big, and the fertilizer distribution non-uniform in the field, the paddy rice seedling fertilizer requirement inconsistency, resulting in paddy rice growing, the height, and ear size difference was very big, directly affecting the paddy rice yield.The surface fertilization loss was big, utilization rate was reduced, the paddy rice production process using fertilizer cost high.With the production process drainage, contain fertilizer water into rivers, serious pollution of water and farmers'labor intensity big problems and so on. In order to solve the fertilization cannot positioning and quantitative, uniform and reliable this difficult technical problems, the research and development of rice paddy rice transplanting deep side fertilizing device. The transplanting rice deep side fertilizing by power driven helix mixing dragon forced promote particle fertilizer for deep side fertilizing method and device. Mainly introduced the structure characteristics of the device, the design of principal parts, working principle and test condition, for transplanting rice deep side fertilizing technology research provide reference.
