Abstract
To develop an HPLC method for determining the content of gentiopicrin and ecdysterone in Gentiana macrophyUa Pall and Achyranthes bidentata B1.A Kromacil Cls column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) was adopted,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (contained 0.1% acetic acid) for gradient elution with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection was set at 254 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃.Good linearities were obtained from 0.80 to 20.00,0.40 to 10.00 μg·mL^-1 for gentiopicrin and ecdysterone,respectively. The mean recoveries (n=6) of 2 components were 100.02%,99.95%,respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.关键词
