Abstract
To establish a method for the determination of brilliant pink B in Pericarpium zanthoxyli by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC). Brilliant pink B in sample was extracted with a 20 mL of acetone/n-hexane mixture (20:80,v/v), The extraction liquid was concentrated and purified by SPE on a column packed with alumina. A 20 mL of acetone/n-hexane mixture (20:80,v/v) was used for washing SPE column, and methanol solution for desorbing brilliant pink B from the SPE column.The final extract was determined by HPLC with UV-VIS detector. A good linearity was obtained in the brilliant pink B concentration range of 0-14 μg·mL^-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.995 1. The average recovery were 98.7%-104.3%, and the relative standard deviations were below 5%, and the detection limit was 0.5 μg·mL^-1. The proposed method can be used to determine the brilliant pink B in Pericarpiurn zanthoxyli.关键词
