摘要

Abstract

The inside diameter wear of the cannon barrel is one of the most important appraising standards of cannon barrel life. In this paper, a cannon barrel inside diameter gauge is designed based on the umbrella entering structure. The inside diameter gauge consists of high-precision entering mechanism and measuring mechanism and the design principle of the main components of the inside diameter gauge is introduced. The inside diameter gauge especially suitable for soldiers due to its simple structure and better operabilities. Based on analysis of the various measurement errors and comparison of the experimental data of the star-shaped inside diameter gauge and the gauge designed in this paper, the results indicated that the gauge designed in this paper has the advantages of little total error and high precision. Therefore, it can satisfy the actual requirement and very suitable for our army.
