摘要

Abstract

Through field experiment, the effects of straw returning with straw decomposition agent on microbes, enzyme and organic carbon components in early rice soils and its yield were investigated in this paper. The results showed that straw returning with chemical fertilizer as well as microbial agent significantly could not only enhance the quantity of bacteria, fungi and actinomyces in the soil, but only improve the activity of sucrase, urease and catalase. Moreover, comparing to fertilization without straw returning(F) and treatments without fertilizer(CK) when rice straw was returned to the soil with chemical fertilizer and microbial agent (SFM) , the contents of all types of soil carbon and carbon pool management index (CPMI) were both improved, in which the active carbon and CPMI were increased by 10.33% ~ 28.88% and 12.85% ~ 30% ,respectively. Furthermore, it was obvious that straw returning with chemical fertilizer and microbial agent was favorable to tillering of early rice, and the early rice yield was significantly increased by 3.56% - 23.29%. According to the results obtained in this study, it can be concluded that straw returning with chemical fertilizer and microbial agent has the potential to improve the production of crop yield, but also has an important role in ameliorating the soil fertility of paddy.
