市售9批丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量测定

摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the contents of tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B in the 9 kinds of commercial Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae. Methods The contents of tanshinone II A and salvianolic acid B in the 9 kinds of commercial Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae are determined by HPLC according to the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010). Results The tanshinone II A content of Anhui wild Danshen was highest(0.3093%) and Shandong cultivate Danshen was lowest (0.0447%), while the Salvianolic acid B content of Shandong wild Danshen was highest(4.41%) and Sichuan cultivate Danshen was lowest(3.5333%) in these samples. Conclusion At present, the quality of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae in the market are different. It is suggested to strengthen the standardized management of the plant of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae.关键词
