分期手术结合固本消痰汤治疗晚期髋关节结核11例

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the rapeutic efficacy of staged surgery and Guben Xiaotan Decoction for end-stage hip tuberculosis. Methods 11 cases of end-stage hip tuberculosis patients were treated with staged surgery and Guben Xiaotan Decoction. Harris Score was observed to evaluated pain and hip-joint mobility before and after treatment. Results With 6~24 months follow-up, 10 cases had good functional recovery with no TB recurrence and resurgence, and the prognosis of patients was generally satisfied. The average of Harris Score was 88. Only 1 case was observed bone loss around artificial joint through X-ray after one year, but the phenomenon ceased after 6 months symptom -based treatments. Conclusion With the systematic anti -tuberculosis treatment and comprehensive preoperation assessment, staged surgery and Guben Xiaotan Decoction is a safe and ideal tratment for end-stage hip tuberculosis.关键词
