温针灸结合丛刺电针治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of needle warming moxibustion combined with cluster acusector on patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 3 groups, needle warming moxibustion group, cluster acusector group and combined treatmeat group, with 30 cases in each group. Needle warming moxibustion group and cluster acusector group were respectively treated by one simple method, while the combined treatmeat group was treated by two methods in turns day by day. One treatment course was 10 days. The curative effects were evaluated after 2 courses. Results The cure rate and effective rate were significantly higher in combined treatment group than in other 2 groups, with significant statistical differences (P<0.05). Life quality of patients in combined treatment group was obviously superior to that in other 2 groups, with significant statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of needle warming moxibustion combined with cluster acusector is effective in knee osteoarthritis, and it can significantly improve life quality of patients, therfore it is worth being applied in clinic.关键词
