中药周期疗法对体外受精-胚胎移植失败患者子宫内膜形态的影响
Impact of Chinese Medicine Artificial Cycle Treatment on Implantation Rate in Ppatients with Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transplant (IVF-ET) Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the impact of Chinese medicine artificial cycle treatment on implantation rate in patients with Vitro Fertilization -Embryo Transplant(IVF -ET) failure. Methods: 58 patients with Vitro Fertilization -Embryo Transplant (IVF-ET) failure were randomly divided into treatment group (29 cases) and control group (29 cases). The patients in the treatment group were treated with Chinese Medicine artificial cycle treatment for 3 treatment cycle, then the IVF-ET was applied; the patients in the control group were given a rest of 3 months, then the IVF-ET was applied. The Endometrial morphology on the day of HCG and the pregnancy rate were observed. Results: The Endometrial morphology and the pregnancy rate in the treatment group were better than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese Medicine artificial cycle treatment can provide effect of promoting the growing of the endometrium, improving the Endometrial morphology and increasing the endometrial receptivity as well as pregnancy rate.关键词
