Determination of Paeoniflorin in Compound Qingxiang Rukang Granules by HPLC

Abstract
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Compound Qingxiang rukang granules. Methods: The separation was performed on the Shim-pack VP-ODS column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with acetoni-trile-0.1% phosphoric acid (16:84)as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Results: There was good linearity between the peak areas and concentrations in the range of 0.2028 - 1.014 μg(r=0.99941) for paeoniflorin. The average recovery rates of paeoniflorin were 98.97%, RSD%=2.143%(n=9). Conclusion: This method is accurate, reliable and simple operation; it can be used for the quality control of paeoniflorin.关键词
