"Enduring Failure" Is the Important Machine of Professional Training
摘要
Abstract
The status of the professional training is insufficient in quantity and low in quality, which is not adaptable to the level of economic development in our country currently. The policy of "failure tolerance" suggested in this situation will help to optimize the innovation environment and improve personnel training mechanism. Therefore the policy should become an important engine of the professional training and its principles and legal norms also need a concrete practicable measure so as to ensure to be carried out and improved.关键词
