厦门市土地利用变化及其驱动力分析
Analysis on Land-Use Change and Its Driving Forces in Xiamen City
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the change and driving forces of land-use in Xiamen City from 2002- 2009. The methods used in this paper are the principle component analysis and regression analysis. The results show that: ( 1 ) the tendency of land-use change is that the amount of cultivated land, garden plot and other agricultural land are de- creasing largely, and most construction land are rapidly increasing; (2) the main driving forces influencing the land-use in Xiamen City are the people growth and economic development and agricultural benefit; (3) it needs aboutl6. 789 hm2 of new construction land and at the same time reducing the 9. 873hm2 of cultivated land to get the city's GDP of 100 million. It is conclude that the analysis of driving forces with principle component method and the results of regression analysis are useful for the policy-decision of land - use management.关键词
