摘要
Abstract
A new strategy to design an multi-component complex distillation process was presented,which was based on the minimum exergy loss and involved heat integration within a series of complex columns. The complex column is limited to one feed, two products, with the side reboilers or condensers being allowable for each stage. The new strategy is composed of following steps:①Determinating the optimal series of colmums based on minimum exergey loss of the process . ②Each column is optimized to obtain the complex column with side reboilers and condensers based on minimum exergy loss. ③Constructing and designing an optimal complex distillation process with heat integration and multi-performance, taking the operation pressure as decided variables and exergy loss of the distillation process as objective function. An example of three components distillation was given to show that the new strategy can be used easily to design the optimal multi-component distillation processes.关键词
