利用锥形孔板测量气液二相流量

摘要
Abstract
Based on the homogenous-phase mode considering slip ratio, using a device combined straight tube and a modified anti-blocking orifice plate which can reduce permanent pressure loss and measure gas-liquid two-phase flow,the factors of p and △p1-2/△p3-4 which affect the dryness of gas-liquid two-phase flow were derived by using Bernoulli equation and continuity equation. So it can obtain dryness by using support vector machine (SVM) to predict it. The relative error of dryness is below 3.6% ,and the relative error of the overall mass flow is below 8.3% based on Lin model. So it can only apply orifice plate to measure dryness and mass flow, and the calibration for discharge coefficient of cone orifice and the equation of parameter θ in Lin model were obtained by experiment. It concludes that θ is an important factor affecting the Lin model measurement error.关键词
