山西白猪的微卫星标记与其体重、体尺性状的关联分析
The Association between Microsatellite Markers and Traits of Body Weights and Body Sizes in Shanxi White Pig
摘要
Abstract
The univariable animal model was used to analyze the association of 21 microsatellite markers with the traits of birth weight, as well as weaning weight, body weight, body length, body height, chest girth and back fat thickness at six-month age in Shanxi White pig. The results showed that the effects of S0227and S0218 on back fat thickness at six-month age were significant, the back fat thickness of AB genotype at S0227 locus was thinner than those of others, and the back fat thickness of BB and CC at S0218 locus was thinner than those of others. The effect of genotype at S0101 locus was significant on body height (P<00. 05), and nearly significant on body weight (P = 0. 0854). The body weight of CC at S0101 was bigger than that of AB,but not significant from others. The body height of BC at S0101 was significantly higher than that of AB,but not significant from others.关键词
