Research Progress of Gene Promoter for Regulatory Function in Domestie Animal
摘要
Abstract
The promoter was a component of gene, it was a DNA sequence for transcription in genetics which controlled the starting time and degree in the gene expression. It is important to understand the growth and development of living beings, study the evolution of species and realize the foreign gene efficient expression of the foreign gene in genetically modified organisms. The progress of promoter about mouse, pig, cattle and other species were summarized and the future prospect was discussed in this paper.关键词
